Galette des Rois
Experience an authentic French tradition with our unique Galette des Rois (Kings' Cake), a light flaky pastry filled with frangipane, a blend of almond and custard cream. Our cake is hand-crafted and baked to order using Shepherd's Grain's flour and top-quality, locally-produced butter. A traditional French holiday, the Epiphany, falls on January 6th when the three kings arrived to honor the newborn Christ child.
