Chocolat Maison –

A selection of house-made chocolates available exclusively at St. Honore and hand-crafted in the bakery. Each flavor is packaged separately in festive holiday wrapping ($8.50). This year’s flavors include:

Ganache Truffle, dark

chocolate with heavy cream Ganache coated with cocoa powder

Caramel Truffle,

milk chocolate with heavy cream caramel Ganache, coated with white chocolate

Hazelnut Praliné,

milk chocolate with hazelnut praline paste and crunchy roasted almonds

Orangette Confit,

candied orange peels dipped in dark chocolate Mendiants,

dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate with craisins, dried apricots, raisins and roasted hazelnuts

Pain de Noël –

A traditional Christmas sweet bread with citrus flavor and nuts.

Bûche de Noël –

A favorite holiday cake from Northern France is shaped and decorated to resemble a “yule log.”

 

New Year’s Favorite

Galette des Rois –

A puff pastry filled with frangipane, a blend of almond and custard cream. This dessert available January 1-15, 2007.
